This is the famous Black Church of Budir, probably the most photographed church in Iceland. I tried to get a different view point than most photographs I had seen of it, and spent some time scouting around before choosing this one.
By the time I took a picture of this iconic sculpture on the Reykjavik sea front, I was all in and ready for home and a rest !!! This was a rare occasion when I asked everyone to please keep out of the picture and they all did !!!
